We process personal data to deliver courses, respond to inquiries, improve documentation experiences, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics data helps us understand navigation patterns but is not used for automated employment or credit decisions. Marketing emails are sent only where consent or soft opt-in standards are met under Korean law and any applicable international rules binding our operations.
2. Retention
Account and billing records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and audit requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed to resolve disputes. Cookie preference logs are stored for twelve months. When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize data unless a lawful exception applies.

The data controller is Northstar Retention Lab. Privacy inquiries may be directed to welcome@systemofreason.one or by post to 12 Teheran-ro 26-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06292, Republic of Korea. We respond within thirty days unless complex requests require an extension, in which case we will notify you with reasons.
4. Scope
This Privacy Statement applies to personal data collected through our website, enrollment portals operated by our processors, and in-person events we sponsor. It does not apply to third-party sites linked from our resources; those services maintain independent policies. Employees of client organizations should consult their employer about combined processing roles.
5. Third parties
We rely on vetted processors for email delivery, analytics, hosting, and payment orchestration where applicable. Contracts include confidentiality and security obligations consistent with Korean Personal Information Protection Act standards. Processors may only use data according to our instructions unless required by law to act independently.
